Second Entry

Challenge # 4: An Oldie but a Goldie!

Well, I made my second challenge card and I quite like it. It's very simple and easy (which was just what I needed). I hope it's enJOYed! (Get it?)

Oh, and everything for the card was from a Brenda Pinnick Christmas kit that I've had for so long (2007) and not really used it, even though it's one of my favorite kits.

I used foam squares to adhere the "joy" part of the die-cut. Here's a close-up, and hopefully you can see the dimension and also the glitter on the light blue snowflakes.

P.S. I am still working on the first two challenges, but it's slower than expected since I'm still not well. I'm still having so much fun, though!

  1. Hi Erin - hope you are feeling better soon but it's lovely to hear you plan to complete our earlier challenges despite not feeling too hot - just don't overdo things or we'll have to send in the Humbug Hounds to sort you out lol.
Love the colours and simplicity of this card - the addition of foam pads gives lovely dimension to the sentiment panel. Thank you for sharing with us at Bah! Humbug!

  2. Love the colours on this Erin and the style. HOpe you soon feel fully fit and do listen to Max about not overdoing it - you really don't want those Humbug Hounds coming after you.

  3. Oh NOOO, not the Humbug Hounds! Just kidding.
(I think they have their hands full enough guarding Max's stash!)

    Seriously though, I won't overdo it. Scout's honor! Wait a minute, I wasn't a scout. Okay, Crafter's honor!

    Erin :)
Thanks for the comments and well wishes, they're so appreciated!
