This card is for CHNC's challenge to add ribbon or charms and LIM's challenge to use scraps. Everything on this card is from the scrap box except the white card base and star charms. I used a circle nestie to cut out around a scalloped nestie leftover and placed it over the center "Joy" circle that was a practice heat embossing piece. I didn't have any narrow ribbon, so instead I pulled out some scrap embroidery floss to hand stitch around the white circle and added star charms to the ends. I always like using up leftovers, and like a little sparkle, too.
